How we work
We work two ways: project-based when the scope is defined, or hourly when it is not. You set the direction; we execute without lengthy meetings or milestone bureaucracy.
- Project-based. A defined scope, fixed deliverables, and a quote agreed up front. Best when you know what needs to be built.
- Hourly. Time bought in prepaid 10-hour blocks. A new block is invoiced when the current one is roughly half consumed, so work never stalls on paperwork. Best for exploratory, advisory, or ongoing work.
- Live documentation. Every engagement gets a shared folder. Drafts, designs, test data, and notes are visible as they are produced, not at the end.
- Rapid turnaround. Decisions and questions get answered same-day where possible.
- Exit at any time. If the engagement is not working, we finalize documentation, hand over everything, and part ways. No termination fees, no retained IP.
